He holds a PhD in natural sciences and is the author of numerous publications and patents. A graduate of Environmental Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology and the University of Agriculture in Krakow. After completing his studies, he worked for several years as a refrigeration equipment service technician, gaining practical experience in the diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.He has been with Gree for the past four years, working as a service engineer specializing in heat pumps and air conditioning. In his current role, he provides technical support to installation companies, conducts technical training for installers, and contributes to the development of Gree products.

Deputy Director of the Department of Air Protection and Climate Negotiations. He previously worked in the Małopolska region on air protection programs, anti-smog resolutions, and EU-funded projects through which environmental advisors support residents in replacing coal-fired boilers. Dr hab. inż. Arkadiusz Węglarz is a University Professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Warsaw University of Technology, an Advisor to the Management Board for Low-Emission Economy at the National Energy Conservation Agency (KAPE S.A.), and Vice President of the Association of Energy Auditors.He is the co-author of approximately 200 scientific publications, as well as dozens of technical studies and press articles on construction and energy efficiency in the economy. He has also authored numerous expert reports (approximately 112) for government institutions, local authorities, and businesses.He was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for his achievements in the field of energy efficiency in construction.
