Closing of the conference, summary and discussion

Polski Instalator invites all its readers and partners to the conference “Heating in the era of green transformation challenges”, which will be held as part of the Heating Tech 2024 trade fair at Ptak Warsaw Expo. The conference will be devoted to the issues of new legal guidelines and trends in heating and, above all, to the current and prospective decarbonisation of the construction industry by replacing fossil fuels with renewable energy sources and by reducing the energy intensity of buildings. For visitors and for exhibitors and companies, participation in this event provides an opportunity to acquire up-to-date knowledge in this area and to prepare their activities and offerings for the coming changes. It also brings the opportunity to exchange experiences and opinions with representatives of other companies, ministries, trade associations and universities. The trade fair provides the opportunity to see new products live and learn about market trends in this area, being a source of the most up-to-date knowledge and ideas for development for installers, developers and wholesalers’ representatives. We would therefore like to invite you to visit our stand at the fair, as well as to participate in our conference!

Artificial intelligence in the heating industry

1 What defines the direction of change in the heating industry?

  • Is it fair to say that artificial intelligence is changing the heating industry market?
  • I have several aspects where AI can find application in this field: Energy Efficiency Optimisation (...), Energy Demand Forecasting (...), Intelligent Control Systems (...), Predictive Diagnostics and Maintenance (...), Personalisation of Thermal Comfort (...), Development of Renewable Heat Sources. I would like to know if this could work?

2. quality matters - i.e. does AI have an impact on the heating labour market?

  • Would you apply new developments in manufacturing using AI? Or are such ideas already being implemented?
  • Is the topic of artificial intelligence becoming more popular in Poland? But are we still afraid that it will replace us humans, or has it already replaced us? ’

13:40 - 13.50

Break

13.50 - 14.30

New solutions - what are we afraid of?

  • Will artificial intelligence predict failure?
  • Is the cost of implementing AI tools the biggest issue?
  • Is there an increased awareness among heating companies/entrepreneurs regarding the development of new technology?

SUMMARY
The integration of artificial intelligence in the heating industry has the potential to increase energy efficiency, reduce operating costs and reduce environmental impact by minimising greenhouse gas emissions.’
